NANJING

Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu Province. The city has a story related with the Japanese neighbor. The war broke out in 1937, shortly after the city of Nanjing fell under the Japanese occupation. The Japanese army perpetuated atrocities to the local population. These events bear the sad name of the "Nanjing Massacre".
