ZHANGJIAJIE

The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a perfect spot for hikers, sceneries are beautiful and would have inspired James Cameron for his film "Avatar". The entrance ticket is a little expensive, but allows you to stay 4 days, many hotels and guest houses are established within the park. The only real dark point of this tourist spot is its popularity. The easily accessible places thanks to the many free buses, cable cars and other lifts, are overcrowded. The center of the park (YuanJiaJie) is just a hell to cross and between us, the landscapes are not the most sumptuous. On the other hand, YangJiaJie (you'll notice that the spelling is not the same!) And TianZiShan have breathtaking panoramas.
